Quotations
When you request a quote from us, we use your personal data to be able to handle it properly. For this we need your first name, name, e-mail address, telephone number, company name, VAT number and billing address. We keep this information until the offer has been accepted or rejected. When you accept the quotation, we also use this data for invoicing afterwards. We store this personal data for seven years thereafter (that is the legal obligation to retain).
Contact form and Newsletter
With the contact form you can ask us questions or make requests.
For this we use your first name, name, email address, telephone number, job title, company name and IP address. We do this based on your permission. We keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response and six months thereafter. In this way we can ensure a good and customer-friendly follow-up.
You can subscribe to our newsletter. Here you can read news, tips and information about our products and services. You can cancel this subscription at any time. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link.
Your e-mail address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your permission. This data is saved until you cancel the subscription.
Advertisements
We would like to keep you informed about offers and new products or services. We do this by post, by e-mail or via social media.
You can object to this advertisement at any time. Each letter explains how to do that. Every e-mail contains an unsubscribe link. You can block us or use the unsubscribe option.
